Terms & Conditions

A. Delivery
Our minimum order for deliveries is £100 + vat.
Orders collected are subject to a £5 admin charge.

Sunday delivery or collection additional £40.
Call out charge for evenings, week-ends or Bank Holidays £50.

B. Collection
Customers can collect by prior appointment.
Small orders can be collected in cars.
LPG gas bottles cannot be collected in cars.
Hire equipment cannot be collected in pick-up trucks or open backed vehicles.
Collection times are Mon – Fri from 9am to 1pm.
Week-end returns are Monday.

C. Cleaning Service
Wash-up Service 20% of the total invoice cost (with a minimum of £10).  
Any trace of food necessitates our cleaning, sterilisation & shrink wrapping service.
Customers would normally not have the resources to comply with our level of hygiene.

D. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled 21 days prior to delivery are subject to cancellation charges

21 days – 25%

14 days – 50%

7 days – 100%

Weddings – 50% Deposit with order to confirm the booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to the event

E. Insurance
It is the responsibility of the Hirer to insure the hired equipment for the full replacement value. In the event of loss or damage the replacement cost is due within 7 days of the hire delivery.

F. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is charged on all invoices:

Invoice value up to £100   Deposit £50

Between £100 & £500      Deposit £250

 £500 Plus                       Deposit £500

The refundable deposit will be repaid 7 days after the hired items have been returned.
Any breakages/losses will be charged in full and deducted from the security deposit.

G. Payments
Invoices must be paid at least 7 days prior to the event.

Payment for hire can be either credit/debit card, immediate bank transfer .
All prices subject to VAT at the current rate.

H. Minimum Order
There is a minimum order for glassware of 1 Box (eg 20 flutes would be 35).

I. Order Alterations
Any reductions to a order will be accepted up to 2 weeks before the event, after this no reductions will be accepted and the full invoice must be paid.

Increases to orders will be accepted up to 7 days before the event and a separate invoice will be sent for immediate payment.

J. Price Match Guarantee
We guarantee to match the price quoted by any competitor for comparable items. Customers who want to take advantage of our Price Match Guarantee will need to provide the competitor’s estimate.
